Do you send teams?
On a regular basis we send two housekeepers to clean your home.




Do you send the same person back?
Yes, every effort is made to send the same person each cleaning.
Do you require a signed contract?
We don't make anyone sign a contact, but we do required you sign a
copy of our basic agreement, which simply spells out rates, policies,
expectation for all. But you are never committed to continue services
beyond our first visit.
Do you carry damage insurance?
Yes, we limit coverage to the replacement value, repair cost, or $500.00
which ever is less.
Do you carry theft insurance?
Yes, although insurance covers theft pays only upon conviction.
Do you check the backgrounds of your employees?
Yes, employess are carefully screened before hiring.
Who will provide cleaning equipment & products?
We provides all cleaning equipment and products.
Is there a lock-out fee?
Yes, if we are lockout of your home, we must charge a fee of $40.00.
Why does the first time cost more?
First time cleanings are more time consuming.
How do I give feedback?
Scorecard is left after each cleaning. Simply mail it or leave it for our next visit. You can also use the online version.
What if I need reschedule a cleaning?
Just give us a 48-hours advance notice.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest service, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extra clothes, toys , household items.
